Bootloader Locked And The Phone Is In The Fastboot Mode

Hello, i'm trying to update the rom of my xiaomi redmi note 3 pro. I did every steps but i forgot to activate the find device and the developer option, so i'm blocked in the fastboot mode and i can't do anything with the phone.
I want this "Unlock" green on the image

I think that I "Fu**" the situation. I was instaling a new version of rom, but something´s get wrong... and now I can't install another rom version because the error in the photo on the first post. Now I only can turn on my mobile as a fastboot or the "Initial screen" of MI (Photo)

Install original ROM from en.miui.com again in Fastboot mode with Mi Flash. Then start your phone and activate developer option with the necessary options. Also login to your Mi account on your device. For unlock you need to be logged in both on yor device and your PC.

I can´t find the original ROM in "en.miui.com", so I tried with a similar ROM version but still the same, doesn't work.
