Bootloop Problem

Hello,

I have bootloop problem with my MI4 LTE. 3 days after updating ROM phone get into bootlooop. The worst is that it reboots on recovery and even on fastboot mode. I cant flash rom from my PC. I have never flashing it before myself, just updates form updates manager. I was trying to change battery and flash but it is not working. Same reaction. When phone is plugged to usb or charger, battery is not charging. Mi4 just still rebooting.
Anyone had simmilar problem? What can i do about it? Is there any chance to make it working again?

Power button broken and stuck?

Yes, the restarting looks like there was button pulled all the time. But i didn't found any damage. It works normally and its not stuck.
