New Bootloop with MIUI 13 (11 Ultra) via OTA

Hi everyone.

I've updated my phone (locked) via OTA and now stuck in the bootloop if I turn on mobile data. If mobile data or Wifi is turned off, the phone doesn't restart. Any ideas? I updated the Security app to the latest version using adb. Don't want to wipe data, as this would mean reconfiguring all banking apps. Would like to avoid that.

Any ideas? Logcat is available.

You don't say if your rom is a Xiaomi Eu or a stock rom (not a custom but an original Xiaomi). If your current Rom is a Stock you will hardly have an answer because in this forum we discuss ONLY proplems deriving from XIAOMI EU roms

If the phone was officially bought in Germany and not flashed with anything other than the OTA updates, I assume it's stock? Or is it an EU rom in this case?

I think you did something wrong with the install of the security app via adb, thats the reason, why the phone does not boot anymore.
you should try to downgrade the security app again (via adb)

if that will not help, do a factory reset "Power off + vol up" in there menu restore the phone.
