Bought an Refurbished Xiaomi 12T Pro that can't unlock

Hello i bought a 12t pro diting 1 month ago and it says device not activated, after looking for every troubleshooting ways to fix it i found that my imei checks like this:

Phone shows on find my device as Xiaomi 12T Pro and the correct model number
