Bricked: my Xiaomi Redmi 4A. Stay in the LOGO MI, enter TWRP and FASTBOOT.
Then install rom with http://en.miui.com/thread-720781-1-1.html and install TWRP, I gave it reebot and that do on the MI logo,
But nevertheless it enters in fasboot and in twrp,

I read in a forum that if my cell phone does not have ROOT, it does not pick up the phone after installing Rom
Already, fixed and the device works very well
