Try this solution:

Go in phone's settings => "Apps" => "Dual apps" => Click the settings icon in the top right corner -> "Delete dual apps' accounts"

Your device will automatically reboot and you can try to create dual apps now.

I also have a problem with dual apps but not the crashing, the problem I have is that the dual apps can't access old content on my storage. Example, dual Viber can't access old photos on the device, but only the new photos that are sent in the dual app. I read that it is a problem win Android 11 and dual apps, is that valid? Is there any workaround without root? Im in the same phone/version as the post title.
