I'm having a bug in the latest MIUI in MI 8 EE.

Can confirm, have same non swap issue for this perm.
its impossible to change any of the deny perm for mic to allow in any app, so reinstall not really option

OK, nothing I can help with then. Reinstalling the app solved the problem, nothing else I can do here.

So the solution is to reinstall 20+ apps? And even update of app not working. Need to delete it and install again ? Thats really bad solution

It's not a fix - it's a workaround. I can confirm the uninstalling and reinstalling is solving the issues with permission. I had the problem with some apps too.
And yes, this ist not a perfect solution. But on one hand you would not have 'em with a clean installation. And the advise is always to make a clean install in case of trouble.
Second you might imagine how many hours and days the devs are spending on this project. Developing, testing, support.
And you are moaning about some hiccups and your time while using a weekly / beta? Seriously? Think about it.

I'd love to make the permission manager transition smoother, alas it doesn't seem to be possible at the moment.
Experimentation is at the heart of a custom ROM.
