Bug With The New Miui Update?

Hi there, I've just downloaded and tried installing the new update on to my Hongmi. Here's what happened:

1. Error while in the installation process
2. Rebooted my phone and then none of the apps will stay open (including all system apps)
3. Did a factory reset on my phone, now "Whetstone" has stopped and the pop up won't go away.
