in the sense that, you want to switch from a rom to romm xiaomi.eu (in a few words you want to install the xiaomi.eu rom?) If so, follow the steps (given you must have the bootloader unlocked, otherwise the smartphone will go in brick) : 1) go to setup> touch on the word "device"> go to technical specifications> miui version (it takes 7 touches to enable the developer), let's move on to the second step. 2) now that a developer (after touching 7 times on miui version), go back 2 times back, go on additional setting (not the first line but the second, to do so you have to scroll the "page")> press setting add> touch the word "developer option"> enable unlocking OEM, unlock me (you have to press below, where there is a rectangle is to enter your credential requests, because you have to connect your account to your PC) and USB debugging> after doing, download your rom for me 8 (you must also download the twrp for me 8), after downloading. let's move on to step 3. 3) after downloading the twrp, extract the folder to local disk (C)> then go to the folder (you must find a written "CMD", you have to select and click) after double clicking, the promp of the commands will open , from here enter 2 commands (separate): a. fastboot flash recovery recovery.img. b. fastboot boot recovery.img (make sure you have installed both the Mi 8 and adb drivers). after doing so, let's move on to step 4. 4) with the last command inserted (fastboot boot recovery.img) the smartphone will start in recovery mode (from here go to wipe> formact data> write yes> and wait for the word "Data Format Complete Successful" that means you did with success) go back to the main page> go to reboot> recovery> go to wipe another time> advacend wipe> from here select all except USB-OTG> and swipe from left to right> done, go back to the screen main> and install selections (before selecting make sure you have transferred your previously downloaded rom from pc to smartphone) done all this select "Install"> touch your rom> and make a swipe from left to right> and wait with patience (in the meantime, take a tea and a sandwich for relapses)> after completing wipe cache / dalvik selections and swipe> after making reboot system selections and waiting for a point, your miui 10 global stable will appear in a few minutes. I'll put you the links: adb & fastboot: https://mega.nz/#!Rw1Q3RIb!WfnNkOoxzHCaQ1p2i2j_Bwqs1x1QphwDe00rwxV8oHs TWRP: https://mega.nz/#!7LZh3YaY!CG8zgrp77ybG5kBOyfCAuVprVbsOGLY_cCbOLEk5zSU firmware: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=3700668719832238342 I hope this mini guide will help you. put a like if the problem is solved

Instructions for Mi 8 SE (sirius), Mi 8 (dipper) and any other Xiaomi phone are the same as Paolo Qu wrote. The only difference is in custom recovery (exsample TWRP, RedWolf TWRP,....) and ROM / firmware.

TWRP Recovery (https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=50678) or official TWRP (https://twrp.me/Devices/Xiaomi/).

As far as I know there is no official TWRP for Mi 8SE (sirius) for now. There are some fan made TWRP (https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/new-twrp-for-mi-8-se.45616/ or https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/why-is-there-no-twrp-of-mi-8-se-here.45596/#post-436325 or https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/someone-who-got-xiaomi-eu-rom-working-on-mi-8-se.44789/page-2), but they are not 100% reliable, so proceed with caution.
