Call Blocking

Hello, I have installed the ROM MIUI 9 | V9.0.5.0.NCACNEI | (stable).

My problem is that I have two numbers on call block, but I still get calls from those numbers. It is not working...

What could it be?

I have no need for that function but i did a short test. I added a number with following format : 00 (prefix) + countrycode + phonenumber e.g 0049xxxxxxxxx

For the first call it worked but with this call i received also an error. The second call hasn't been blocked anymore.
Maybe someone else can confirm this.
