Calls Disconnect when alarm goes off or receiving notifications

My wifes phone has the latest miui on a htc incredible. Phone was fine until we updated and now whenever she is in a call and receives a text the call will disconnect. Same with any notifications. When I was talking to her today, her alarm went off and disconnected the call.

Any ideas?
