Can flash from PE ROM?

Hi, currently i'm using PE custom rom on my mi 9. Can i flash this rom direcly from current custom rom? because i got bootloop after doing so.

From "exotic" custom rom the best is to reset the phone with a fastboot rom via MIFLASH tool.
But, do it as you like.

For me just a format data did the trick.
Ofcource is starting with a fresh fastboot flash and working from that point on recommended like @LOLO9393 told you.
Downside is you always lose data with the 2 options provided
