Can I install Xiaomi.EU on my Chinese Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G?

I'm currently running the global rom with unlocked bootloader which means I can't use Google Wallet. I had this phone from CN with the CN ROM.

Can I install Xiaomi.eu? My device specs are:

CPU:
Dimnesity 1080
Octa-core Max 2.6ghz

Model:
22101316UG

I appreciate it if somone can let me know.
