Can you connect Mi Outdoor camera on Imilab EC 2 gateway

I'm wondering if you can connect Mi Outdoor camera (one that has its own gateway set), to a Imilab EC 2 gateway?

I am in same situation, I have an Imilab ec2 gateway with one camera, now I have a Mi wireless outdoor security camera 1080p, but I cannot connect to the ec2 gateway. Is not possible or for each cam will need different gateway (which is crazy).
