New Cannot Receive Calls With Volte Activated

I cannot receive any call in my xiaomi Mi5 when the voLTE is activated.

I had this problem with latest global official firmware, then I changed to xiaomi eu latest miui 7 and the problem disappeared.

Now I have updated to xiaomi eu miui 8 version 6.6.30 and the problems seems to appear again. So I have to deactivate voLTE to be able to receive calls.
