New Cannot take screenshot [Veuxg]

I have the Redmi Note 11 pro 5G device. I updated to HyperOS version 1.0.11.0 and now I can't perform it screenshot. Looking at the system apps, it seems to be something wrong with the screenshot app.

Same issue there, the power down + power not taking screenshot after update 1.0.11.0
