Invalid Can't access app settings on recents

Updated my Mi 9T Pro to latest weekly 21.1.14 and I can't access the app settings on long press (gear icon)

Same problem Poco F2 Pro, 21.1.13. Using Nova Launcher if this Info is necessary

Same problem also happened to me. when I can't access mod apk app store settings on recents

Then set the MIUI System launcher as default...
