Can't access internal storage when using my phone

Hi,

Recently I factory reset my xiaomi mi mix 3 using twrp. but when I turned on my phone all my files were encrypted I couldn't download anything and my camera said to insert an SD card before taking photos.

After rebooting back into twrp to flash the latest ROM I can't access my phone Internal storage using my computer.

How do I fix this problem?
