New Cant add face unlock mi8 se on 8.7.19

I made full wipe before installing 8.7.19

After i click next, the screen goed black and phone goes to locksreen.
I had it working on 8.7.12

see logcat added

Face unlock error Mi 8 SE on 8.7.19
