can't add more accounts to this sim card

I'm trying to add my NEW account in "Mi Unlock status" but i get this message: "can't add more accounts to this sim card."

can not unlock my bootloader...

I've deleted my previous account!
Any solution

any solution? Please help, I have the same problem. It happened to me after I had unlocked my bootloader and locked it again by mistake and it won't let me add the amount to my unlock status
