Can't Connect Phone To Pc (adb)

Hi guys,

I really have a problem.
I can't connect my phone to PC (Mi PC Suite, or whatever) to instal new rom.
I try to download and instal ADB Drivers, everything but still nothing.

Every time i launch MI PC Suite and connect with usb says: Connect your phone via usb.

What's the problem? How to instal or connect my phone?
I need for fastboot to install twrp and after that some new rom.

HELP!

Mi PC Suite & Windows don't work for me.
Linux and Android/ adb tools = OK

Not true, not work when You try sync/read data, but when You try flash phone via mi assistant mode in phone(via recovery or fastboot mode in mi pc suite) work with 6.0 and 7.1.2. I try old and new version this app.
Author this thread try flash phone via this and and this function work fine even 7.1.2, i dont check with 8.0/8.1

Try old chinese version Mi Pc suite or last new one English mi pc suite.
Both work fine with 5.0./5.1/6.0/7.0/.7.1.2 when You flash phone via fastboot or recovery.
Not work with 6.0 and higher to read data, sync etc.
