I have recently switched from another android device to a Xiaomi Mi11 and now I cannot login to a third party app installed on the device. After entering username and password I get a message displayed form the phone(not the app) stating it is "Gathering Updates" and then I get an error message stating "Failed to Refresh" and I don't get signed into the app. See screenshots below:
