Can't make phone calls :(

Hello..
I think I did something wrong and now when I'm calling to someone I can't hear nothing
I tried to reinstall the rom + update to the new ver.
What sould I do?

Model - GT-I9300
Baseband - I9300JKLE8

**On other ROMS I can make calls!! Just MIUI is making problems
