Cant tap confirmation on system update screen

Hi all, im having some issues with installing an update, i have donwloaded it and after checking md5 and notifying me about encrypted storage, the phone ask me to confirm the update but as i tap the yes button, nothing happens, but the updater isnt frozen, it reacts instantly if i tap cancel. What are my options here, do i need to install it from a custom recovery, are there maybe some debloated custom roms since im already getting into all this, i have to do something because the phone cant turn on wifi anymore and no other fix helped. Oh yes, the model is M2011K2C

what part of that tutorial should i do, the entire thing or just the recovery and install this update that the phone already downloaded ?
