Can't Use Ok Google When Screen Is Turned Off

Hello. I'm using Redmi 3 pro.

I can use OK Google when my phone is running and recharging (turned off screen)

But I can't use OK Google when my screen is turned off. I tried turning off my security lock but it still doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
