Change "Control center" pull down area to full screen

Hi! As the tittle says, I'd like to be able to pull down the notification center from anyplace in the screen. Currently, it only works if I pull down from the upper most part of the screen, and I'd like to be able to do it from any height. Is that possible? I can't find it in the settings. I also have Customiuizer, but can't find the option either. Thanks!

Are you using Miui Launcher? My K40p can open notification shade by swipe down from anywhere on Home screen

You are right, I'm using Nova Launcher. And swipe options are paid ones. Any workaround that you might come up with? I'd like to keep nova...

Why would you use a Launcher anyways these days? Almost every custom rom supports any device if you look for them

Sometimes Nova will run their sales off program. I bought Pro licence with just $0.25 2 years ago.

Well, I'm not interested in gestures. Maybe "dropping down the notification cener" does not count as a gesture, maybe it does. The only thing I want to do, is to be able to drop it down from anywhere on the screen, instead of the very top. As @OneManArmy commented, it seems to be the default behavior for MIUI launcher, but I have Nova. I use it because of it's customization capabilities and the fact that the app drawer has a search bar, afaik, MIUI's launcher does not have a search option. I'm still looking for a way to solve it, so, any idea would be welcome. As I said, I have Customiuizer, but can't find the setting on it, nor on regular settings.

There is a search option in MIUI, at least in the Weekly.
For the rest, Nova Launcher Prime seems to be the obvious solution.

Hi Josh! No, I did not. As a workaround I added an extra button to the right of the navigation bar that brings it down, but I don't use it because I did not get used to it. Let me know if you find something.

Pretty sure I did it on Customiuizer, dont remember exactly how!
