Charging Problem

Hello everyone, I have a charging problem and I hope if anyone can help me here, my phone detect fast charging but it's doesn't charges the phone or it charges very very slow even more than the regular charging (and the cable is new) everytime I need to unplug the cable again and again for charging my battery a little bit, hope there is a solution for that cause I tried everything (and I am on nougat) plz help

Have you tested original cable? i have cables that has been working before but now they dont work (like nillkin elites). Original works always for me.
