I am on stabil 11.0.5. I have been using the ROM without a problem until it starts not to recharge after I disconnect the charger. I have to reboot to phone to re-charge everytime. Is it a bug?

I have moved the phone to the latest beta ROM. This time phone charges only a few seconds after I try to recharge it.
It is hard to understand if it's hardware or software. Now I am on MIUI 12. Charging seems to work properly but battery drains fast. I think battery is dying.
