Chinese device bootloader, redimi note 12 pro 5g

Please, if anyone has a Chinese ACC, please help me,
I'm having this problem unlocking the bootloader, Note 12 Pro 5G, Chinese device, I had already unlocked it in the past and now I get this message. I've tried everything here and I can't, I live in SP and not even the technicians here know how to unlock it.

You can't unlock a Chinese device with a Global account anymore.
