Clock issue on redmi note 8

clock is not working when the phone is turn off , but work when the phone is turn on. the version of the app for the clock is 12.5.3.2 and my phone is a redmi note 8 . I've already clear the cache and data but there is always the same issue.How can i manage it , to resolve the problem.Is somebody of the community can help me
