Concerning updates + language of my country

Do I have to when each update weekly to add a file with my own language

Because I see it added in each subject



I hope to share my opinion in choosing the right color for Mobile

Is the most beautiful black color
Or a silver background and black WebMail

front panel is black so back side prefer black, looks more solid, but always can go for any color, yellow looks like nokia lumia, white is fine who like clean and also it more safe from scratches harder to see them, silver looks fine (I have silver one) from distance it looks like metal case
With updates there still not scheduled a Mi3W version rom releases, and still there is some bugs in system.
There still question with multilang roms releases, who and when making them...
