Connection To Pc And Charging Does Not Work On The Phone Is Turned On

I bought the phone, charging and USB worked. After updating the system stopped, USB connection does not work, charging only when I turn off the phone and turn it on the charger. Unlocked bootloader, I have uploaded TWRP, I tried several times to install other versions of the software and still the same. It does not help full wipe, no ways. Maybe someone had a similar problem? I would be very grateful for your help.

Maybe there is a problem with your usb port module? I once fixed a bricked samsung s2 by replacing the usb port module on the bottom of the phone, maybe that's a similiar case?
Did you try to flash the rom with MiFlash? That could maybe solve the problem!!!
