Device info; Redmi note 9 Pro Global (Joyeuse)

MIUI version : still 12.0.3.0 (QJZMIXM) , No updates available via miui updater.
Kinda late, but recently got this device which is still is on miui 12.0.3 with security patch of 2021-03-01.
So i did some searching and reading through forums and conjured up the way to update my device to miui 14.
Bootloader should be unlocked tomorrow, and these are the steps i concluded, i am going to follow..
1.. Download OrangeFox version R11.1_5 variant ; A12_FBEv1.
2.. Go to fastboot mode and
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot recovery
3.. From OrangeFox again reboot back to recovery.
(Questions; Do i need wipe or format anything after installing Orangefox???
Do i need to install anything like DM-verity / vbmeta or any recommended scripts/zip files??
Will the orangefox be replaced by Stock recovery if i reboot to system?
What if i just want to install orangeFox but use the current stock rom as it is or by install magisk, will that work ??)
4.. Download xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote9Pro_HMNote9S_V14.0.4.0.SJWMIXM_v14-12.zip from Here.
5. Flash the Rom file from recovery.
Is that it or am i missing something or doing something incorrectly?? Please let me know.
