couldn't download the ota update V12.1.1.0.RJJCNXM for Mi 10 Ultra

I've received the ota update for Android 11 for mi 10 Ultra, V12.1.1.0.RJJCNXM, but when i hit on download, it keeps saying couldn't verify the source of the update!!
I'm on the last version v12.0.15
any help please

I have seen a post that showed a message from Xiaomi basically saying that you can't update OTA because you were not set to China region with a Chinese up addresse. It was on Facebook on a 10 ultra page. It said to try a Chinese VPN to fake the up address to China. Here is the link to the post.

I managed to fix the issue by using Chinese VPN, SpeedCh, like they recommended on the Facebook group you mentioned
