Cpu probleme

My cpu scaling min is 900 and max is 1593, i installed all roms for redmi 1s but my cpu min scaling is always at 900 mhz, i tried to cahnge with no frills cpu, set cpu and other app but nothing change, i deleted the thermal config too
Anyone can help me to set cpu scaling min at 300 plz ?

Change the cpu governor from ondemand to performance, not recomended though cause it will drain the batteray faster, just google if you want to know more about cpu governor

I want to change the cpu scaling min, not the governator, and i tried all governator but i can't change the cpu scaling min

I'm using miui v45, i tested all roms for redmi 1s but the cpu min scaling it was/is always clocked at 900mhz

There is thermal engine on V45 that make the nofrills setting wont work at certain heat, use v37 rom or read post #2 of this xda tread http://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-1s/general/tools-tips-tutorials-fix-overheating-t2939100
