Good evening, I have a problem and I'm already anxious. I have a xiaomi Mi Note 3 on which I unblocked the bootloader, installed the twrp and the xiaomi.eu rom.
For some time I could not install the updates of the rom and it was probably due to the twrp that was not updated to the latest version.
I thought about downloading the .img file of the twrp 3.2.3 (the last one) and flasharla it with ADB. at the end of the installation I restarted the phone with VOLUME UP + POWER button to enter twrp but it does not load and after the initial twrp screen I get an orange screen and the phone crashes. Please help me, I do not know what to do.

Hi,
to avoid replacing the TWRP by the stock recovery use the following commands in adb when installing TWRP:
adb devices
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img - this is IMPORTANT

Hello guys. Fortunately, I arranged to flash the global Roma from MIFlash and I have not lost even one personal data. I'm very happy to have solved. thanks anyway to everyone for the advice. in fact I had not booted directly from adb.
