Data Roaming exceptions are applying when set but after X amount of time/a reboot they are not applied. I get the "App can't use data roaming" prompt even though in the Settings I have set it to be able to. Issue has been here for a while, even after a completely clean reflash.
To fix it temporarily I stop and enable again data roaming in Settings for said app and it works until the next time. Generally have to do that every day or every other day :/
