New Default launcher lag

Launcher is laggy and it crashes sometimes on Xiaomi.eu stable (Redmi 5a)
I tried to install launcher update but i cannot update system apps idk why?
So can devs get this fixed or give me latest launcher version update flashable??

What's the currently installed version of the MIUI System Launcher?
I can share apk from latest beta/weekly ROM (Mi 9T) but I don't know if it's the best for your device...

Device doesnt allow me to update system apps via unknown source
It only happens with launcher :/

The thing is

Because you're not supposed to touch system apps. It applies to all system apps, not just launcher, except specific Google apps.

Then how to fix it?Launcher litterally crashes frequent,and refresh is almost every time when i wanna go back to homescreen

with root you can replace it with another working launcher
