Disable Volume Button For Camera

I am using the newest Weekly Rom for my Xiaomi Redmi Note 2.

Ever since i updated my phone it always opens the camera when i want to lower the Volume.

This is extremely annoying and makes it impossible to use my phone. How can i turn this off?

Have you installed anything? Like xposed and xmiui perhaps?

No, just normal MIUI from this website.

Try go to Settings>Additional Settings>Buttons, then check the "wake with volume buttons". That should override the camera volume settings.

If not, then it is a solid feature that MIUI built and pretty useless. lol
