Display Specs Xiaomi 13

Hi,
short question about the 13 Display.
Does it have also E6 OLED LTPO 4.0?

I heard a YouTuber saying it has not but tradingshenzhen says it has.

I am confused..

Xiaomi 13 does not have an LTPO display.
Only the Xiaomi 13 Pro has an LTPO display.
