New Download app in Google Play only through WIFI

I have a bug in 2.12.7 version. In google play, i can download and install an app just if connected in WIFI network. If 3g, a message is showed informing that download is greather than limit and could be done only in wifi.
Even i unchecking the box, the message persists and download do not occur.
