Dutch and Bosnian language not available?

Hello users,

I want to notice that the Dutch and Bosnian language is not available for MIUI.

Could i translate it or make a language-pack for it. It would be great for other Dutch and Bosnian users including myself.

What do you think?

I have made serbian(latin) version (not 100% complete) for MIUI froyo.I could give you the sources and you could carry on
