Error On Developer Option!!!

Hi, I have a stable rom installed .eu(MIUI by xiaomi.eu 8.1 | Estable 8.1.2.0(MHQCNDI) but when I try to enter to development options, it gives me error, crash and returns to additional settings .I can not enter to activate USB debug, What is the problem?

You have to change to the English language, then you can enter. I had the same issue.
