Eu Rom Can Support Cdma?

anyone know the eu dev rom can support CDMA?
I try to flash the global rom(stable&develpoer) but can't work.
as i know, the eu rom is base on china rom, is that right?
if yes, it may support CDMA. But i try to flash the eu stable rom, still can't work.

i wonder if the eu dev rom can support?

it take me very long time to flash rom(download......)

anyone can tell me? Thanks!
