Eu rom on Chinese 14 ultra running a global rom

I bought a xiaomi 14 ultra on eBay and it a-pears to be a Chinese model but has the global rom installed.
I don’t seem to be getting any updates normally on the phone and would like to be able to use services like google wallet/pay as I cannot add my cards due to the device not being secure.
The box that my Phone came in has a ‘CCC’ trademark symbol on it, so I’m pretty sure it’s running the Chinese hardware. I also seem to be stuck on Android 14 UKQ1.231003.002. The phone is stuck on hyper os 1.0.2.0UNAMIXM
I noticed that I need to have to Android 15 and a China Rom Base.
I’d like to install the EU Rom on the phone but have no idea if it’s safe or possible?
Sorry if this is a stupid question but I’m worried about bricking my phone by doing the wrong thing, and have no idea how all this works, so any help or advice would be appreciated.

I'll keep it short and sweet. There's nothing you can do; you're stuck without an update forever. Unless you pay to install oryginal the Chinese firmware (circa 50 USD). And you'll be able to upgrade to newer china rom versions. There's no other option. Fake global with no upgrade or Chinese ROMs.
