FASTBOOT blocked

Hello !
I tried to install "V14.0.9.0.TMREUXM" (downloaded at xiaomirom.com) on my Xiaomi redmi note 12 turbo .
I did it with MiFlash... but it did not work.
i tried to download FastBoot, but it does not work on my PC

Now I'm stuck in fastboot mode...µ

Any solution ?
