Fastboot cant transfer file while trying to install twrp (FIXED)

Hi all,
I just installed MIUI 12.0.3 this morning(global rom). I would like to install twrp to my phone(My phone crashed before this and revert to original rom). I have install all USB drivers and adb files for the process. My adb can detect my phone when using adb devices / fastboot devices command.
Whenever i tried to use adb command:

fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.2.3.0-beryllium-20180831.img

but nothing happen to the command. It seems no files transfer. I wanted to reflash to latest EU ROM. Should i flash recovery ROM or fastboot ROM?

I fixed it by changing USB port at laptop???!!! From USB 3.0 to USB 2.0

Yeap, USB 3.0 and fastboot = issues.
