What should I have installed on the PC to update roms by fastboot? I run the corresponding bat from CMD but the execution as soon as it starts stays at:

- install USB drivers & adb and fastboot tools (Windows 10)
- install SDK Platform Tools (Windows 10 & 11 / Mac / Linux)

I can't get the PC to connect to the phone when doing a Fastboot ROM update. How to know of all the previous elements which one can fail? My PC is an Intel NUC 12 Extreme NUC12DCMi9 with Windows 11 and all drivers are up to date. You will forgive my lack of experience in these matters. Thank you
