Flashing Mi 5c

Hello, i need help about complete flashing, cause, when I'm using internet data using my sim card slot 1, approx 1 hour, always rebooting, but different with slot 2. i had changed into 5 mode, but still the same, and for calling dialer, aprox 11 minutes until 30 minutes always disconnected.
need some advices.

Where are you from? Which supplier? What soft you have on your phone. If the phone reboot, do BUGREPORT and send it to me.

Example write:

Phone: Mi5C
Rom: Miui 9 China Developer 8.1.18
Countryoland
Provider: Play
And add bugreport...

How dow bug report?

I'm from Indonesia, provider what i use is 2 provider, telkomsel and indosat ooredoo
I'm using dual sim, I'm using china stable miui9 9.1.9.0, before that I'm trying using xiaomi.eu, but still the same, in the miui forum, i ask it the same question, but they said change slot.
I can't send file bug report, must had 5 post.

First - on internet 4G, when phone reboot do bugreport and send to me.

Two ways to fix this issue before They fix it.

Way 1
Sim card and mobile network - Default settings - change Internet options from " 1" to "2"
Way 2
Replace sim card(this one to internet mobile)from sim 1 slot to sim 2 slot.
Which you use for internet insert into slot 2 and the other one into slot number 1. Well in the options from method 1 you have to change the internet to be on the sim slot "2"

Both of them is 4G, but I'm using slot 2 for internet, for the first i buy this phone, I'm using telkomsel in slot 1 for internet, i had change into 5 mode, when I'm not operation my phone, no rebooting, but when I'm using for internet, approx 30minutes or 1 hour always rebooting, when I'm using for spotify, rebooting too. But when I'm using slot 2, it works fine.
What happening with my slot 1?
