New Flipbuds on POCO F3

Hello i have an issue with my new flipbuds pro, i cant change any options like ANC or Transparency mode it say the flipbuds is not connected but it is so i don't understand
Can you help me ?

I have found the solution ! one of the flipbuds has believed was out of my ear, i think the sensor is too sensitive
